Completed Projects

 Projects that have been completed and occupied are as follows:

 Bridgeport

 City Trust: Urban Green Builders has created 9 units of permanent supportive housing within a mixed-income, downtown project. The project is owned and managed by Urban Green Builders with supportive services provided by Operation Hope. Currently 6 units are occupied and the remaining 3 are expected to be filled this summer.

 East Main Mews: The Mews is a 20 unit Low Income Housing Tax Credit project developed by a limited partnership, 588-612 East Main LLC. The units range in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms. The developers have leased 8 units, scattered throughout the site, to tenants participating in a supportive housing program. The Bridgeport Housing Authority has provided the project with Section 8 vouchers for all eight units and supportive services is being provided by Alpha Community Services.

 Pembroke: Connecticut Realty Management has renovated a 20 unit building on the East Side of Bridgeport using private financing. The units range in size from 2 to 3 bedrooms. The developer has leased 7 units, scattered throughout the building, as supportive housing. The Bridgeport Housing Authority has awarded the project Section 8 vouchers for all supportive units. Alpha Community Services is the service provider with funding through the Department of Mental Health and Addition Services.

Fairfield

 Jarvis Court: Operation Hope has constructed four duplex homes providing 8 units of permanent supportive housing. This project will be home to a total of 8 formerly homeless families, including 16 children in the first year. Funding for the project came from the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority’s Next Steps Initiative program, including social services support funding from the Department of Mental Health and Addition Services. Operation Hope is providing the support services for Jarvis Court.
