Woodland Campus: A site located in the South End neighborhood of Stamford, this project will include approximately 40-50 permanent supportive housing units.  St. Luke’s Lifeworks of Stamford currently operates two programs at this location.  They will continue to provide supportive services after the redevelopment is completed.  St. Luke’s is looking to expand their successful permanent supportive housing program by renovating and constructing new units.  Completion of a Master Plan and the securing of funds through the second round of Next Steps are anticipated in 2008.  We foresee occupancy on the first phase of 22 units in early 2009.
